OrthoWell Clinic provides non-surgical orthopedic care and second opinions for people with joint pain, injuries, and movement problems. Appointments are not rushed. Time is set aside to listen, review records, and explain findings clearly. This is not a high-volume practice. Visits are limited by design.
Whether you are dealing with arthritis, recovering from an injury, or trying to decide if surgery is right for you, the goal of each visit is simple: to understand the problem and review realistic treatment options.

How OrthoWell is different
Many medical visits feel rushed. Important details are missed, and questions go unanswered. OrthoWell was created to slow that process down. Each visit begins with listening. Understanding how a problem started, how it affects daily life, and what the patient hopes to achieve is an important part of care.
Clinical Services
OrthoWell Clinic provides non-surgical orthopedic care, including:
- Evaluation of joint pain and musculoskeletal conditions
- Arthritis care for the hip, knee, shoulder, and other joints
- Evaluation and treatment of minor fractures
- Care for sprains, strains, tendonitis, and bursitis
- Sports injury evaluation and management
- Injection therapy when appropriate
- Injection therapy when appropriate
- Second opinions with independent review of imaging and records
- Laceration and minor wound care
- Bracing and orthotic guidance
- Functional assessments related to strength, flexibility, and movement
- Work-related and activity-related injury evaluation
Imaging studies performed elsewhere are reviewed directly. Referrals for additional imaging are arranged when needed.

Ralph Salvagno M.D. AAOS
Dr. Ralph Salvagno is the founder of OrthoWell Clinic and an orthopedic surgeon with more than 30 years of experience. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
During his career, he performed thousands of joint replacement surgeries and treated a wide range of orthopedic injuries and conditions. His work included arthritis care, fracture treatment, sports injuries, and complex orthopedic problems.
Dr. Salvagno created OrthoWell Clinic to provide thoughtful, unhurried care focused on understanding each patient’s condition and explaining treatment options clearly.

Clinic hours and availability
OrthoWell Clinic operates on a limited schedule. Appointments are offered on select days and times only. Because visits are intentionally unhurried, same-day or walk-in appointments are not available.
